This twice fermented bean cheese, made of authentic Serbian white bean – Tetovac, is gluten free, non-GMO, lactose free, soy-free, palm oil free, and contains an abundance of proteins. This is a great product for vegan diet followers.
Beans are lacking sulfur-containing amino acids (tryptophan, cysteine , methionine) , and are a very rich source of lysine amino acid. The content of amino acids in wheat is opposite, which makes a combination of these two plant sources complementary, and ideal to provide a balanced anabolic (building) protein food element for vegan diet followers.
Besides being of exquisite taste it is also very beneficial for the gut microflora.
A proprietary combination of organic sprouted plants adds to the fullness of taste. The sprouts combination is used as the envelope of the cheese wheel, contributing not only to the elevated taste, but to Lagumino’s pleasing aesthetics as well.

Professor Daniela Ratkov, (Starcevo, Serbia), with the help of her husband Nenad, has been “delivering” health to people since 2018. Professor Daniela Ratkov is chemistry Professor, master of science, and currently preparing PhD theses at the Agriculture University, University of Belgrade.
