Description
Bulgrina, made of fermented bulgur (“durum” wheat), and inspired by an ancient Lebanese recipe, was created by poor Lebanese peasants, who, unable to provide for regular goat milk, submerged ancient “durum” wheat in water, and allowed its fermentation to the point when it achieved the taste similar to goat cheese.
